I just got this message while water bomb throwing,
" You cannot throw a water bomb at this user."
They are a rank 10, but i have thrown water bomb at other rank 10 players and no problem.
Is this a glitch?

You have most likely shared a dynamic IP with this user.
KOfK events are built in a way that you should not be able to interact with your own mules/users with the same IP in order to prevent mule abuse.
While there is no way to exploit this event with mules and therefore this coding doesn't seem to make much sense in this case, it's just something starkad has built into his event codes by default.

Happened to me too, Opalynx, with an utter stranger randomly clicked on in a forum.

I don't know enough about Dynamic IPs... does this mean they live in the same city as me or do they just share the same internet provider? Or is it neither?

Hmmmmmystery.

Anyway don't feel bad. Even if you are a dirty, no-good cheater.

(Just kidding.)
