I don't have any friends offline and I'm only close to a few family members, so I don't know that many people that I can ask questions to.
I thought it was normal for me to be exhausted constantly.
I was told I have depression and that's why I'm always exhausted.
Well, I've been getting more and more draggy and forgetful and zoning out a lot.
I was talking to my aunt and I told her I thought it was normal to always be exhausted.
She said it's not normal.
I did go to a sleep study to see if I have sleep apnea.
There's some days where I just want to sleep for days because I'm so tired and tired of being tired.
But it's left me wondering what's normal and what's not.
I get tons of random pains all over my body.
A few minutes ago, I got a sharp pain in hip area.
I get pains like that all the time.
I also used to get pain in my lower back and I had trouble moving when I'd lie down.
Well, I ignored that and my doctor said it looks like I have Sciatica.
My back has gone out two or three times this year and it's horrible.
I also get stomach pains and such like I've mentioned.
I thought it was normal, so I just dealt with it.
But I've gotten sick as hell twice and it was traumatic.
I told my doctor about that and how I get horrific pain if I drink just a little alcohol and so my doctor is going to send me to a stomach doctor.
My point is, I don't think it's a good idea to assume things are normal.
If something doesn't feel right, it's good to ask.
If you ignore it, it may get worse over time.
