Uhhh I wasn’t talking about the game lol, I haven’t even checked out the game. I was talking about the second season of the anime, I meant that I couldn’t wait for Beru to appear in the anime. Lol

Yup! I know that there was some side stories at the end of the Solo Leveling manga where his son was transported to a game like version of leveling up. But I haven’t checked out the sequel to the manga yet.
I did feel bad for Go Gunhee tho. In the new world, he dies of old age and it’s very sad.

No, Gunhee does not simply die of old age!! He is one of the few to actually gets his memory of all his adventures back!! I cried like a little kid!!
And I loved Beru being like the best friend of Jinwoo's son xD And Igris being his teacher.

ehhhhhh first season had Igris but like....in a very limited setting. we never got to really see him being a subordinate of the MC.

and no? Gunhee DOES die. in the side stories, when time is rewound and everything goes back to normal, MC becomes a detective and finds out from the chief, who used to the Vice President, that Go Gunhee is dying. while he DOES give him the elixir of life, it only extended his life for around 10 years or so. 10 years later, he STILL dies, but before he does, MC gives him his memories back and then he passes away peacefully. not even the elixir of life could combat death.

beru being the son's playmate was cute. lol reminds me that i have to read the sequel lol.

Indeed, but we should be happy already that we got the Anime x'D
And that it is getting more seasons (and quite fast at that.)

I tried to express that but with fewer words. Yes, he does die. But I meant he does not "simply die" without the knowledge of his adventures. So to say: he dies with the memory of two lifes.

Yeah as for me I’ll just wait for season 2. I watched it all myself and then I actually watched it again live-streamed on discord with a friend lol.
There was a Korean dubbed version too. I thought it was so weird to hear Korean pronouns and terms in Japanese lol.

Season 2 is about to air beginning of 2025.
Aaaaaand after quickly rewatching the trailer, I am now again super hyper for Baruka to appear :mcargh:
