Sometimes I can ignore hunger pangs…other times, I’d feel sick if I’m hungry. Lol
I often confuse hunger and thirst.
(This is actually a step up; I didn't use to notice these sorts of bodily signals at all when I was younger, lol)
But it can still be annoyingly confusing.
So if I'm "hungry", I go for water, and then I feel "full", and all is well... maybe.
Other times, if I'm "hungry", I go eat, I'm still hungry, I eat more, I'm still hungry, I finally notice the headache and realize it's a dehydration headache and I wasn't hungry at all to begin with, I need to drink something.
It can be annoying, but also useful if something like that happens, because I can just keep drinking constantly and never notice that I haven't eaten.
Mostly it doesn't matter because I can just go "eat at xxx time" and then I'm fine, but when the schedule gets weird, it all goes strange.
