It's always different.
Once it was when you were walking past a commercial shoot and they had a bubble machine turned up way too far, they were blowing everywhere. Once it was a bunch of giggling kids trying to see how many passersby they could score. Once it was a couple on a date trying to blow bubbles for each other, but the wind wasn't cooperating. Once it was a prank by some highschoolers. Once it was the scene of a flashmob. Once it was your cousin, who heard about this and thought it was hilarious and decided to add to it.
It just keeps going.

On the one hand, essentially free fluency in another language.
On the other hand, do you know how embarrassing it is, to know that someone else is watching your life?! Y'all need to get in the same time zone and coordinate your sleep schedules so there's no more of this nonsense!
