You can create a domain. It's not super duper powerful, but it is crazy large, can cover the breadth of a province and subtly influence all those within it.
You can do things like mislead enemy navigators or allow allies to instinctively find their way home, or dampen the possibility of wildfires to help safety during a lantern festival, or boost disease resistance of the creatures inside... none of it is absolute. A good enemy navigator who double-checks their work carefully will be fine. A wildfire could still start -it just wouldn't do it as readily or be quite as out of control.
Subtle influence.
But over a large enough area to be a significant power with wide utility.

Your superpower is being able to split your mind and pay full attention to two things simultaneously. You could be listening to a serious presentation on herbology with your full attention at the exact same time as you were sketching out a design for a new alchemical apparatus -with your full attention.

You can turn anything into snow. Specifically, the kind that allows for snowmen and snowballs to be made. This includes snow that is not like that

You can do audio and visual illusions, based on your imagination and mental focus/concentration.

You can talk to forest animals

You set things into rose-tinted glasses so people don't see the bad

You have X ray vision

You turn things into bunny shapes

You turn things black
