Indeed, in today's world where half the students are rotting their own brains by relying on AI, knowing how to BS a paper by yourself is harder than you think.

Literally I've had conversations where students are writing a personal narrative, and they ask if they can go on the internet for "inspiration". And I have to be like "look, I don't know you that well, make something up yourself I'll never know". And for some reason a lot of them don't understand that :O
