My fever portion of it went away yesterday afternoon. However, my nose started running nonstop since like 10pm, and it raw from having to blow it every few minutes lmao

My favourite raw nose treatment is to go down to the baby aisles at the store and get the creams for nursing mothers. I personally recommend the vegan option over the lanolin / sheep fat simply because the sheep fat is really hard to work with when it's cold. It's designed for heavily chapped skin and it has to be safe to ingest, so win/win for the nose and being applied near the mouth!
