yeah i wish they would put more rugs or carpeting or something in the upper unit. cuz the kids make so much noise. 8u

My brother says newer places put concrete in between the floors/ceilings to help with sound issues >->

I wish I could afford one of those.. but then again... what happens if a earthquake hits? >A< concrete doesn't sound so flexable.. but this place probably isn't earthquake proof... doesn't even have a storm shelter for when tornatos hit D:<
