Drinking is good. But I'm cutting down on the tea.
Beacuse recently I've noticed that too much cafeine makes me have acid reflux. Had never happened to me before, but it's been true for a while now.

Well you can always drink herbal tea non caffeine tea. There’s plenty of those. XD

yeah i've seen tea boxes saying "no caffeine"....or you could try rooibos i guess. which doesn't have caffeine.

That's what I do.
But I do like my tea. Specially in the morning. I'm not sleeping much lately, so a cup of black tea just is exactly what I want.
