moving the top half of the body only works (so far) of the boxing game (already do that for SOME workout), but the point of those games is to lose weight so I need to move around more. Stupid knees >:x

Sometimes my leg will cramp up…xD;; i think its just bad circulation because i don’t move enough….8u i like literally sit all day. XD;; maybe i should start working standing up or something lol.

My neighbor gave me some sort of thing that improves circulation in the feets and legs o3o i should give it a try.. but sadly my issue is a joint issue. When it first started, I thought it was because mom had just passed, as she had these issues and it came on so sudden.. That's why I wanna know if it's psychosomatic or not, because that's what I think it is. But if there is a chance that its something else.. then.. better to know than just suspect, right?
