Sounds painful. Sometimes when i try to stretch my back or neck, the muscle pulls in the wrong way and then i’m in unnecessary pain lol. XD;;

My knees bend the wrong way all the time DK. Have they tested you for hypermobility? Maybe even EDS (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) since you have so many different issues also. Sounds very similar to mine.
It's not often I can't get something to pop. I just keep wriggling around until it does. lol. But I do know the feeling.
