Ahh that sounds terribly stressful indeed D:
I find that banking experience very much depends on the teller/advisor you're assigned. If it's a really nice and knowledgeable one, then it's relatively stress-free, if it's an impatient and/or irresponsible one, then it's doomed
We just had an issue with one of my accounts because the advisor who helped me with it was super bad and just... didn't do any of the paperworks after I left, apparently. I had to go in again and redo the whole process with a different advisor D:
