The photo is stunning.
But, yeah, I can see how it's not the best place to play.

Here we have great beaches, really.
And the whole coast is full of towns like mine, which are on the small size but get crowded in the summer.
The only reason it does not get even more crowded is because the water is rather cold :D

The water of the beach here is honestly rather dirty too, with sand and algae making it murky up close (doesn't stop people from jumping in though!)

Speaking of cold water. We have this annual polar swim here :O it's when the beach gets most crowded (even moreso than in the summer) XD

I think a mark of getting old is that my first thought for visiting a nice beach went from "yay beach! Play!" to "but sand in my butt"..... :mcargh:

Hahaha, I'm used to sand in my everywhere, I don't even care xD
And because it's so close to home it does not even matter, I just shower right away.

And not polar cold here ever, not even in winter. No snow either.
This is a very "soft" weather, our winters are not too cold, our summers are not too hot either.

But in Spain we have the Mediterranean sea, which is rather warm, and the rest of the water (Atlantic Ocean) is quite cold in comparison. So people who do not enjoy cold water prefers going to the Mediterranean.
Myself I prefer something colder - it's more refreshing!

Our beach is fairly close too, about a 30-40 min walk.
But coming back from it is a painful uphill walk XD I don't want to imagine doing that with sand LOL
(It's so hard to drive and park along the beach so we only ever walk)

Our weather is probably the softest in Canada, but these past years global warming made it rather crazy too QnQ

:OOOOO

I didn't know the seas have different temperatures, though it does make sense. *Checks Google maps* Oooo so Spain is kinda sandwiches between the two eh.

Refreshing water on a hot day... Mmm blissful *u*//

Exactly my thoughts, I want being refreshed!

Global warming indeed. It's being crazy.
I mean, some people still argue whether it's a thing, when it's just so obvious!

I think those are mostly people who have things to gain from the industries that contribute to climate change :(

It's really depressing sometimes to think that apocalypse stories and movies are moving more and more into a realistic realm lol

Well, we are already zombies - digital devices in hand, walking mindlessly.
All we need is Mother Nature finally collapsing and there we have our own apocalyptic reality :|

LOL add mumbling to themselves to the image and it's perfect XD

My only wish is that if an apocalypse comes, it'll be a quick and swift end :mcargh:

I'm expecting a very slow decadence...

Oh, you bought the new gown already?
Bright new avatar!

I've seen a newbie asking for an item guide. Again. It's something that comes up every now and then.
I don't know, maybe I could create a little in-thread guide...

Yessss I couldn't resist *___*

I've been struggling to use the kurumi obis because they don't fit the robes/kimonos I have as well as I like. But the shape of this dress works really well with them! :D So I ran and bought many colors LOL

An extensive item guide sounds like a lot of work now D: with so many new things.
Anything we can do to help you with a project like that? :O
