I usually just compare with what I have in my wardrobe and go from there. Sometimes I have a system, like buying colors I like the most from bottom up or from top to bottom. But lately I was just jumping around on what colors I thought I wanted really bad. I don't believe I am capable of buying in bulk now, I post too little. So I get what I can whenever I can.

prioritizing like that makes sense, then. I usually babble enough I can get them all, but I was gone for too long of a hiatus and fell really far behind, so I'm not sure that will be the case going forward. I might switch to that, too, if I can't catch up more.
