Yeah, people don't care to read and then they complain.
You buy something that you don't want, well, it's your fault. Don't go blaming a seller who provided all the correct information.
Also some honest mistakes are acceptable, specially if the seller makes up to you.
Btw I don't know if it's a worldwide thing or only happens here, but in the last years the deliveries services have gotten worse and worse and worse.
Just today they delived my husband's parcel to another person... who does not even live in the same village as us

This person was expecting another parcel and did not care to check the name, just opened it - and then realized the mistake, saw the phone number on the label and phoned us.
It's such an idiotic mistake, but delivery people are overworked (and also poorly paid) so this kind of errors are becoming more and more frequent.
