I'm not sure if this question has already been asked or if I missed the memo or something, but I'm back on this site after a while, and I've noticed that I can't access old threads for the RPGs forum beyond page 2. Is there a reason for this or can it be fixed?

I think these threads simply don't exist anymore. We had to remove a lot of threads last year because we could not afford our servers anymore due to lack of donations and had to reduce storage space, so we had to delete all threads that had been inactive for a couple of years. For whatever reason the main forum index doesn't seem to have catched up with that and it still showing more pages when they don't exist. I'll have starkad look at it, but can't promise a fast fix, as it doesn't seem an urgent matter.

Is there any way to access them? Like are those old threads still archived somewhere or are they gone forever?

No, I am afraid in order to reduce data for storage space they had to be deleted.
