I wish Bob would to that. He's stopped cleaning himself. I have to brush his fur like a dog now or his fur looks horrible. :/

I think most indoor cats don't get enough exercise. It's good that you can get them to play. We had a stick with a string on it with a floofy ball attached at the end, I called it Booper. XD Unfortunately, the cats and Max tore it up. All that's left is the stick and part of the string. Max decided the little floofy ball is his. *rolls eyes* I need to buy another one. I wouldn't worry unless they're old and even then it's usually because they're putting on weight. It sounds like Kiri may have had cancer. When they're young and get a big belly it's usually because they have worms or are getting fat. XD

Thanks. He was a good boy. When he started to lose his mind he did the funniest thing, it was really out of character for him. He would steal one of the dog toys and carry it around in his mouth while meowing. It was a rubber, squeaky watermelon. XD He would never have done that if he wasn't senile. He was too dignified for that. I'm glad he wasn't mean to you. Mean cats are the worst!

I think he's just too old and doesn't care anymore. XD That's not good either. Poor kitty. At least she cleaned herself though.

It might have been Feline Leukemia too. I had a cat that got that once and I believe her belly got big but I'm not for sure because I was only about 8 years old. It's so sad when they get sick and pass away. We didn't have her very long so I believe she already had it when we got her.

XD That's cute. I had to take Max's "babies" with us when we went camping because he plays with them off and on all day. He likes to bring us one when we come home. We can't have it, he just wants us to look at it and follow it to go sit down so we will pay attention to Max. XD

Speaking of floof, my kitten Ophelia used to carry her fur mouse around like a baby. She tried to hold it by the scruff, but couldn't get her mouth on that part, so she carried it by the tail.

Moi-Yeah, but he's like 15 or 16 so it's not unexpected. That's cute. She's like, You dirty. XD

I don't know. You might not be able to. I think he wants you all to himself and he's just going to be crabby with other cats around.

Oh wow! Eating with her paws is even more interesting. Reminds me of the way rodents eat. XD Yeah, and they can get themselves into trouble.

I know, it's horrible. My cat Spitfire died screaming. It was awful! I hope I never have to witness that again. *shudders* I felt so bad for her but there was nothing I could do.

Tam-What a beautiful cat! It's kind of freaky when they do that. Sometimes they're just talking, but other times they do it right before they attack.

Speaking of rodents, when I was younger and I would go out in the garage to smoke, the mice in there would stand near me and get up on their tippy toes and just watch me. It was creepy and darling at the same time. XD

I've read that it's a common trait for short faced cats to eat with their paws, because their messed up faces just don't work in the bowl.
