Around here, most of the people who SHOULD be wearing masks aren't. So frustrating when someone (me) who ABSOLUTELY SHOULD be wearing a mask (due to being in one of the high risk categories) IS wearing a mask, and following social distancing rules and following the lane markers in stores... and most of the people I see at the grocery store aren't wearing 'em or are wearing 'em wrong (The damn thing goes OVER THE NOSE AND MOUTH, PEOPLE!), and are also NOT following the lane markers or doing proper distancing... makes me wanna pull my hair out.

Ugh. And Den, yeah. I've been given dirty looks for trying to keep the right distance. And then there are the guys who walk right down the centre of the sidewalk or hall, so I can't get away from them.

In your case, you have a legit, medical reason to not wear a mask. I wouldn't shame you for that, and the people who are? Are just being judgmental and getting their exercise jumping to conclusions.

I get hot and sweaty under the mask after prolonged periods, but I keep it on until I get into the car and close the door. I have no medical reason NOT to wear a mask. Yeah, it's uncomfortable after awhile, but I'd rather be uncomfortable than risk getting someone's grandma or compromised family member sick.

It's why I haven't gone to any group events outside of internet chatrooms and forums, and why I rarely leave the house right now. and if I do have to leave the house, the only time I don't wear a mask is if I know for 100% certainty that I won't be anywhere near humans. Like if I walk Maxwell during the day, or if I go to drop a letter in the mail. If I'm getting stuff at a drive-thru/drive-up window, I put my mask on before I get to the window.

Den-Hi Den! It's nice to finally meet you. Salty isn't necessarily a bad thing. XD

I'm with you on the hair-pulling. XD I'm not exactly high risk but I smoked for many years and my lungs aren't great. Plus, my mom is high risk and both of my parents are older.

See, I am higher risk, and Dad smokes, plus he's had a heart valve replaced... so if he brings it home, it's pretty much game over for him... and likely a very bad time for me.

I've got two whole Oceanna sets and one whole Serena set. I think that's all I want.

I don't know what risk I am. I know I have scars in my lungs.

>.< I also know that the neighbours are tribal drumming again. If I made that much noise with my beliefs I'd get screamed at. And this drum makes me feel like I'm being beaten, and has gives me flashbacks.

Besides, the woman who's singing CAN'T sing.

Wet food. ...I like (gluten free) bread and milk.

Den-I don't blame you for being extra scared. I worry about my parents a lot too. Dad has COPD. I believe I do too. I hope you all stay healthy.

Oh, guess what?! We have a stray kitten running around outside. It's adorable but it's super wild. I have no idea where it came from. I'd say someone dumped it off but I doubt they would have survived if they'd tried to grab it. XD It's a black and white manx kitten! I wish I could have it. His butt is so cute with no tail. LOL
