I finished reading Crossings. It was pretty good. I actually started re-reading it because you can read it straight through normally (which is how I read it the first time). But you can also read it a different way (it tells you what pages to skip to), so I am trying that while it's all still fresh because I have a horrible memory, and I would like to compare the two ways.

That's a cool idea, I think that might be very nice!
Atm I am reading stuff for uni only, can find the motivation to read in bed before going to sleep. But I started listening to the Harry Potter audio books :)

I've started on Poor Folk by Dostoyevsky, a little collection which also has some short stories included. I haven't read classics for at least six months I guess, I got used to modern writing and forgot about how he has a tendency to use loooooong 'paragraphs' which can span multiple pages without a break. it's kind of daunting haha. Especially when reading before bed and trying to get to a good place to stop for the night.

I usually stop at the first full paragraph on the left page when I stop for the night, so I hate when the paragraph is long and runs past the entire left page!

I prefer to pause between chapters, which is how I end up staying up all hours reading when a book has lots of cliffhanger chapter ends XD

I'm getting frustrated with Crossings. So I finished it a little while ago, and I liked it. But there is an alternate way to read it. So I read it the regular way first and am now reading it the alternate way. But, since the regular way and the alternate way are both not in chronological order, I feel like nothing is at all different yet.

jacob, what about borrowing books of friends or something? Then you will have something new and can decide for something more thin :) No leftovers from bookbub?
Sanssouci, I understand that it must be frustrating :/

@Julez I have millions from bookbub haha, but I tend to read one digital book (when away from home) and one physical book (at home) at the same time. Also I don't want to add any extra books to the pile because I have over 30 books here waiting beside my bed XD
