I have always gotten these bad thoughts and I wondered why.
I had a friend who was taking Psychology explain it to me and it made me feel better.

A lot of the times it's things like if I'm cutting something, I want to take the knife and stab it into me. Or if I'm boiling water or near fire, I want to stick my hand in it. Or if I'm up somewhere high, I want to jump off.

Do you have issues with intrusive thoughts?

Real talk for a moment: Can we Go back to that month that Pokemon Go was released. Everyone was so happy and the only people down my throat were old men at work who complained about a cell phone app kids were playing. Can we have that? Please.

I have thoughts kind of like but way more tame. But my mother said she went on a cruise, and she got scared because she kept wanting to jump off the balcony.

I've had issues with Depersonalization Disorder where it felt like nothing was real and I was tempted to stab myself just to see if it hurt.
I did not do that - I went to the hospital because I had no idea what was wrong.
