I'd say you can give as many answers as you want, so it could be 1 person for all 3, 2 people if you're not into one of the categories, 3 different people, more than 3 if you can't narrow it down, etc. I also don't know if he meant living people only or literally anyone, living or dead, so answer however you want in terms of that too!
I'm going to say that I want to have Mr Rogers and Bob Ross both be my close friends who come over for dinner!
