She sounds awful. I hear that a lot of audiologists/speech therapists are biased against people who are Deaf. Which seems so weird to me since they work mostly with deaf people.

Maybe you can request a new one? Since she obviously isn't listening to you.

Sometimes you gotta put your foot down. Gotta advocate for yourself. It's really hard to do when you're dependent on other people for your care. But you gotta do what's best for you.

I love stuffed animals. They're some of my favorite things. If I put all of the ones I have on my bed there would be no room for me. lol.

There's this brand that I reallly love called Squishmallows. They're super soft. I actually have two of the same one. A frog. One was from husband and the other was from my mother in law. I named one Philippe and the other Phillipe. lol.

Thanks. Well, it's eh? Like my husband is coping with her death a little better. But things are extremely stressful with the house.

We got told we're getting kicked out of our current house on August 1st because the asshole land lords (my husband's aunt and uncle, btw) have already rented it out. The paperwork for our new house is probably not going to be done by then so we will have to squat there. It's so stressful.
