I just discovered the book 'a sea of rust', about robots who won the war against humans. it seems interesting. and a standalone. maybe it's what I need right now...

If you're looking for a fun and light fiction book, I really liked First Grave on the Right by Darynda Jones.

Ah that's a bummer, but it is good that you picked up a different book instead.
We are going to read another book during our Swedish class. The author is well-known and I liked other books written by him, but the story itself sounds not that interesting. I am hoping for the best.

I am still reading Gwendolen, but I'm not that into it, so I started reading Marriage of Mercy on the computer. I took the South Riding DVD out from the library. I wasn't at all familiar with the story. I enjoyed it immensely at first and was sad that the library didn't have the book. But it's just as well now because I didn't care for the ending.

I finished Surfacing and am now re-reading an H.P. Lovecraft Compendium.
