Question #21: Do you prefer being around men or women? Do your closest friends tend to be men or women?

I feel more comfortable around strangers if they are women, but most of my friends are male... I think I just have a lot of hobbies and interests that have a large male audience, so I tend to have a lot in common with my male friends. However, with strangers, an overly-friendly man is waaaay creepy, while if a woman I feel they are more overenthusiastic?

I dunno. Everyone is an individual, but in general this is how I feel.

I prefer being around men because they are the only gender that gives me the time of day.
ALL of my friends are guys or tomboys.

I always have something in common with men and have things to talk about with them.

I do have girl interests, but I just dont click with other girls very well.
When I do click with a girl, though, I more often than not click really well.

The most I have gotten along with other girls was when I was studying massage therapy and part of a pagan group.

I miss my female best friend, though.

Honestly I don't have a lot of real world friends. I have more online friends than anything, and I never really know their real genders. I mean they could say one thing but I could be a fib.

I don't really have any real life friends other than my partner, who is male.

no preference.

some of my closest friends are of both sexes, so it doesn't make a difference to me. honestly, i feel like people make too big of a deal when it comes to the differences between both sexes... it has less to do with sex and more to do with the kinds of communities people hang out in, i think

It's very weird, but none of the male friends I make seem to stick around for very long. But who knows, maybe that's changing now *shrugs*

My oldest and most loyal friends have all been women. But I like spending time with people of both genders equally.

It's not over yet.
There's a lot to look forward to.
Keep going.
You can do this :)

For me it depends on what culture they were raised in. Depending on where they are from, some places I get along much better with men and others I get along much better with women.

I am more comfortable around women. But there are a few friends that are men that I enjoy being around.

My closest friends are my best friend and my husband. My best friend is a woman and my husband is a man. So there's that. lol.
