Well I think I've sweated it out. Or at least the most of it. I've been blowing my nose less, having less nose bleeds, and not really any coughing.

Do you do that thing where you boil up some water and put it in a bowl with aromatics and then lean over it and put a towel over yourself and the bowl so you're breathing in the steam and scents?
Helps sort of clear things out and the humidity is nice and the towel means no one can see your nose dripping....
but it's boring, so I only ever end up doing it when I'm sick enough my brain shuts down anyhow.

Thing is, none of my Elders agree on what the aromatics should be for the best effect. So I'm curious what you use.

Yes I do. I don't have any aromatics. Just plain boiled water and a towel over my head. But I do use Vics Vaper rub before I do that.

Well we do have lavender essence, but that's for my daughter's bath. She needs it to help her relax for bed time. Otherwise she stays up late. The lavender calms her.

Unless we have a problem with our shower, I do not take baths. I have problems getting back up. Also I can't be in the bath too long.

I've never tried a crystal bath, you'll have to report back on how it is if you give it a try!
(I mostly do showers, too, but when it's very cold I'll go for a bath just to warm up properly.)

I'm drinking more water again. I'm hoping it'll help with the headaches better.

I had problems sleeping last night so I set myself up where though I was on my side I was leaning back on an extra pillow and my left boob was laying upwards and it was like super jiggly like jello. It was weird. XD

Human bodies are inherently funny sometimes! Were you able to get any sleep that way?
