hass are the ones with the smaller seeds in them, not counting the big usual seed avo's have.

Gah, I am so impatient to be able to go get avocados now. I want to eat them so many different ways. Avocado curry.... mmmmmm..... and in salads, naturally, naturally, and of course sliced thin on salty crackers, and avocado whipped cream/frosting on top of persimmon pudding....

I make avo dip by mashed avo's (I use a fork), bit of crushed/minced garlic, season-all (this https://www.mccormick.com.au/products/h ... season-all ) and mix it together.

Generally the amount of the ingredients is to your preference. Just add small bits at the start and then add more if you want later.

My favorite dip was sour cream and avocado, on a 1:3 ratio. It was soooo good.
