I try to hit a few users and it says I can't hit them. Even when they're the same level as me. Why is that?

I just realized that "take out" means food, dating, and murder. And if you were a female praying mantis you'd have all three.

that happens when your IP addresses are too close a match, so some people who are assigned random IP addresses get treated like mules even if they aren't.

I have asked starkad to disable the IP restriction for this event as there isn't really anything to gain from throwing snowballs at you own mule and the IP sharing is really becoming more and more problematic as dynamic IPs seem to be the common thing with each provider these days.  I seem to share IPs with 90% of our German users for example.
