I've never been in a situation that requires a fight or flight response so honestly I can't say what I'd do. While naturally I'm a pretty chilled person and I don't like fighting, I can't say for definite that fight wouldn't be my reaction if something happened that required that, you know?

I know for a fact my response is freeze because anytime someone has pulled a jumpscare prank on me thats exactly what I do.
I have been trained in martial arts so as long as I don't have the fight of flight actually triggered I can actually fight back, dodge and block. But sadly my initial response where it's out of nowhere is literally deer in the headlights.
