I guess half the problem is I don't really collect personal art often XD When I buy art, it's usually something that the artist already created from their own ideas that I fell in love with.
I'd like to pick up something that would help promote my business or maybe my books in some way, but I don't know how I would use them or what I would pick.

A character from the books is exactly what I thought of XD but the first one is a real person and also it wouldn't be very tasteful. I did have a fantasy I was serialising online but I kind of gave up to rethink everything because I can't find viewers. Looks like I might go deeper into crime fiction and non-fiction now which doesn't lend itself well to the idea XD
