Yeah, I don't want to do harm to any creature I'm responsible for, intentionally or unintentionally. I already feel terrible for not even thinking rats would need sterlization in order to avoid health issues... I just never came accross such an article and it didn't even cross my mind, and I blame myself for Tila's premature death... 2 years seems too short for a rat. I feel like we had at least another year to spend with her, if not for my stupidity

I am like 98% sure it is the 'Self Help Anxiety Management' by university of the west of england. The pics look exactly like I remember the app looking, and I remember the app was by an university.

Ahaha, yeah, I think he's the tsundere type a lot of times XD Not all the time, but in some cases like admitting he'll love any pet, no matter how much he won't admit it XD Like, his mom had this little dog, a miniature Pomeranian I think, anyways, the dog was stupid as a wood deck, kept peeing everywhere, was stinky and everything, and Ash would always say how he "hates that stupid dog", but more than once I caught him hugging him or rubbing his tummy and talking sweetly to him and when he saw me he was always saying more or less "shut up, you saw nothing" kind of stuff XD

That's the thing, I'm sure it was somewhere on the internet, I just never cared to think and look for such info. I simply assumed rats are tiny creatures and probably no one even performs such surgeries on them If I had known, I'd schedule her sterilization at the very beginning. Before we got her, I read all the stuff like measurements of the cage that is a bare minimum for a rat, what I can feed the rat with and what's forbidden at all costs. I carefully thought through before I decided we'd only take one rat, since they are very social animals and usually need a companion, but at the time I was home a lot and could bond with her often and for long hours on. If I'd want a rat now, I'd take 2, because right now I'm at work and a single rat would be really lonely. Unless I'll be working from home and freelancing, but that's still up for a decision x.x my branch is getting shut down at the end of October, yay Anyways, I just hope I'll be a better rat owner the next time.

Wow, so it's true!

Yeah, rice is like, carbohydrate and that's complex sugar (which is good because it burns slowly so gives you small energy for a long period of time) and when it gets digested it turns into simpler sugar (glucose, I believe).
And some of the digestion happens in the mouth with saliva so rice will turn sweet if you chew it long enough. I guess similar process happens when they make rice milk.
