It's pretty easy to hit someone two levels or one level higher than you as well, I've been getting very few misses with that strategy and you get +2 or +4 food more each time.

From what I've seen so far, it's really the same weather I try to hit a higher/same/lower level in what involves the chances of hitting.
Is it just me?

I came here wondering the same thing, I am sure to be kicked out of the top 30 sometime soon and would like to know what points I have. but I am close to being able to get all the wardrobe items, well within 300 balloons.
