no idea what type, was just thinking I'd adopt a young one from the Humane Society. I was REALLY wanting a ragdoll cat (a type of cat that goes limp like a doll when you pick it up, from what I've read they have primarily white fur as kittens then their fur gains patterns in a gray or brown and are known for having those beautiful bright blue eyes and are apparently extremely affectionate and can grow to about the size of a small dog, like a terrier) but I looked up how much a ragdoll kitten would be and I found a site where they were on sale... $200 off... adoption cost of $400 with that discount off
I feel like when I get a kitten, it will sort of be.. like the kitten sort of chooses me, in a way? if that makes sense. I would like one with blue eyes though, but I've seen some with yellow eyes that if I had the funds I would've taken him home
I was thinking about adopting a male as well, a friend told me the females can get very temperamental whereas she said the males are more cuddly and laid back
also, I'm taking Pippin to the vet tomorrow morning, sold some stuff, so it knocks the vet appointment down quite a bit. also, she needs her teeth trimmed, with what's going on her teeth have been misaligned so she can't grind them well on her own and one of the top teeth and the two bottom teeth are starting to get long. (but also with a check-up, hopefully they can figure out what's going on with her for sure too, because she started doing a little better the past few days ~pulling herself around, eating babyfood from a dish on her own, attempting to chew a baby carrot~ so I'm not sure about it being a pituitary tumor. I asked the vet over the phone about it, and they said it might've been a minor seizure or possibly a stroke, but they should know better/for sure by actually seeing her)

here's a video about ragdoll cats also known as 'puppy-cats'

so had to rush Pippin to the vet today, I checked on her and was going to feed her more babyfood and saw blood in her mouth. one dr said her lower teeth had pierced the roof of her mouth and someone else said she just pierced through her lip. but got her teeth trimmed.
the vet also checked her out a bit and said it did look like a pituitary tumor, I've ordered a prescription called.. cabergoline, which is reported to shrink pts and get rid of most physical symptoms for up to 8.5 months. they said it should be ready by monday or tuesday at the latest
