*hugs you out* try to stay positive though. I finally gto rid of the jungle on my legs so I'm happy. Not fully content with my day (thought the half of it already passed...), but at least I did something. I hope to keep it up.

River, Mem: Actually anything that gets the hormones positively going is supposed to be good right? Like excercise has been repeatedly recommended for depression. It's hard if you don't have accessible facilities for it though. Like there's no gym at college.

I think exercise doesn't provide as many endorphins as sex does. Not even mentioning orgasms.
I think it's not even the problem about facilities, because you can work out at home fine, no equipment necessary. But it's more about motivation.
Actually the same goes for sex, when you're depressed your libido can go down to the other side of the planet :qt:
