How is it that her apartment complex hasn't even made an effort to stop the sabatage. I would think the mounties would have been alerted to this by now. (or whatever the police that would handle this in canada are, mounties may be more the equivalent to state police thinking about it XD)

Edit: ok did check her dreamwidth and saw that they supposedly were going to investigate it back in mid may, but nothing on there said if they ever actually showed up or what they discovered.

The management has. They've tried to make the phone jack tamper proof, and told the woman she'd be in trouble if she did it again, but there are a lot of mentally ill and troubled people in this building. I don't think the police would do anything unless the management called and told them the tenant was being violent.

I can only go based off american laws but here if you're caught doing things like that, that's grounds for being evicted and or charged with vandolism. But that bites if canadian law doesn't do that, because there has to be a point where it can't be legal, otherwise it's just going to keep happening.

She was given notice that if she kept it up she'd be out. I don't really get given much info, though.
