I don't think you should worry too much about your English, Firn. Many people have trouble explaining things even with English as their native language. I think the best way to explain it would be to use your example below. c:

There will always be one item leaving every 3 months. There will also always be a notification in time, in the month in which the item will be available for the last time, so that people can try to get it in time.
