Most likely not. With how ridiculous things are with the race as it is. It will take alot of hard decent working people to fix for sure.

I haven't really been paying much attention to what is going on since my computers are acting up and I don't have much time to spend online anymore until I get a new one in a month maybe.

I think the scariest thing right now is the Trump campaign is actively demonizing the anti-Trump protesters, saying that protesters need to be identified and punished. That is a very clear, and horrifying, sign of how a President Trump would treat dissension or criticism.

And Gary Johnson is freakin' EVERYWHERE! He's getting so much media coverage!

It's hard not to root for him. And he's DEFINITELY enjoying himself. You go, Libertarians! Break the Two Party System! Woo!

Yeah, there's so much misinformation going around on social media, it's gotten completely out of control.

It's gotten so bad I've started actually willingly getting into fights with people on facebook about inaccurate memes they share and stuff. Normally my rule is Don't Feed The Trolls which includes Don't Argue About Memes, but a few weeks ago I realized half my facebook feed was straight up inaccurate memes and ever since I've been on a war path.

But people are so insistent on holding onto their misconceptions!

I tend to just read stuff and move on.
Unless I find it suspicious or I'm really interested in it.
Then I'll research.
Or if I see other news people covering it xD

They also had another image of a woman injured for something else, and it was from a tv show xD

I'm back. I missed talking to you Pwale~

I have kept a bit up to date on the crap with Trump and with yesterday. LOL His one tweet was fun as hell to read. Saying he said this crap was going to happen.

My god nothing good has happened lately with this crap ass election shit. I wished something good would happen just for once. But I am asking too much.
And yesterday .... Was beyond horrible.

I'm so glad you're back! :qh:

What happened on Sunday was devastating. Two of the victims had roots in my own community, one of them was born here and another lived and worked and performed at a local gay nightclub. The LGBT community is closely knit, but I never realized how closely knit until this happened. I even drove 4 hours yesterday to attend the vigil at the Stonewall Inn, because I felt like I had to do something and I didn't know where else to go. It was powerful.

It was also exhausting, but I'm glad I went. A reporter asked me if I was afraid and I told him, "I am appropriately wary but I refuse to be frightened."

That was the overriding sentiment there, as well.

I didn't think it was possible to be more horrified by Trump, but his behavior in the wake of this tragedy has been incomprehensibly crass and tone deaf. I'm still in disbelief at his complete and utter gall to claim to be an LGBT+ ally. It's beyond my understanding. At least the LGBT+ community is responding by telling him to go fuck himself.

That is good to hear. He truly is sickening. I read that even Obama is calling him out on his shit from the tragedy. Which is really good to hear. So happy that even our own president is holding him accountable for his mouth. Hopefully that might give more people a hint of hey... DUH!

I'm glad you went. Sad to hear that you knew two of the people. I wished things like this would be fixed but people are saying we don't need gun control, it's more like we need more guns. I'm sorry but if the government was being stupid and controlled by NRA then things might be fixed but it never will. This is the only country with gun issues. I haven't heard crap like this coming from other places. And the places with the cartel I don't even count at all.

I just wished gun shootings weren't getting to popular I guess I would say. Another gunman was arrested before the shooting at a gay pride parade if I'm correct. ... Sick how this is the biggest massacre in the country since 9/11 and people still haven't learned.

And I read about the shooter.... Being on the watch list and investigated twice for suspicion.... Why the hell would anyone even allow that idiot to get a gun? We really do need more control in the co
