True. I wasn't complaining :) I know she works really hard. If there are items I don't like the color or shape, I simply don't buy it. Or use it for my feeding thread if I have it already.

Y'all need some of my health o_o

Guys, I need a little advice in college! I stuck between two.
Spoiler
One is considered a better school with education and all that but it's three hours by car from my home. So I'll definitely need to dorm there. And honestly, knowing myself, I could be independent if I can but I've lived a sheltered life so I have not yet experienced independence. But the school is in a little town-ish area, there are not much big things going on - and I love the sound of that. I always preferred smaller places. I heard the dining isn't that great though...

The second school is only 40 minutes by car. It's slightly cheaper than the first and tends to be known as the "lower" school. This school is very underrated though. It's affordable with good education. I also have a friend that goes there.

I think I'm secretly leaning towards the one further away, I don't know why. I'm planning to visit them before I make my decision...

@River: I have some more fertilizer. Wish could send them. We really can't trade these? :U Though I don't mind posting it is just when a friend needs help I would like to help him out too.

@Nan: Honestly I would go to the university that is better but farther. And if you have to travel anyway to get to school anyway why not go to the better one? I know it is scary that you will be separated from your family, but that way you can stand on your own feet :)
I know that too 'cause I have gone through this too two years ago when decided for sure where to go. The university I am attending is 2 hours away buy car (2,5 hours by bus) from my hometown. It sounds soooo much. But really. I have friends and classmates who have to travel at least 9 hours to get home. So, I am just shutting up.
And yeah. At first was freaking weird and I felt as if two weeks was too much to be away from my family... But now I go home just in every month. I got used to it :) I have friends here plus I need to learn, have programs and so on. Not to mention I learned to stand on my feet. I still need to learn a lot, but I think I have grown a lot since I get away from home.
I think you should try it too. Especially if you have good connection to get home. 3 hours isn't that much. :)

@Nan I would personally chose the first one. It sounds like it is the perfect place for you to learn how to be independent. Yes being away from friends and family is scary, there will be times that you'll miss them.
Right now though if you feel that this school is better for you than you should do it. It's better to regret an experience you tried then regret not trying at all. :}

I also think the first school, the one that is further away would be better :)

Thanks you guys for your thoughts ;3 It really helps!

Hina: So I'm a bit confused. You think it'll be okay to drive 3 hours than dorm? Or the fact that I'm only 3 hours away from home and it isn't that bad?

Today I just received some unfortunate news... My financial aid for that school is around $10,500, and the yearly cost of attendance is around $22 plus books and room and food. (But I'll be going there for 4 years, hopefully) It'll be hard to live by if I want to minimize student loans.

I'm not completely sure how colleges work. Do you think the ones in U.S. is different from other countries, like yours? :o

Definitively. It's not just that colleges in other countries are different, Colleges in one country alone differ a lot.
I'm certain you will figure out soon enough what does and what doesn't work. :}
