ZzzQuil is not really a sleep aid. It's more for settling coughs and such so you can sleep at night wit a bit of a sleep aid. Unisom is a sleep aid.

Oh yeah. Well it doesn't seem to be a good sleep aid.
Really? I see it on tv quite often. It was even suggested to me by a doctor when I was pregnant, but I was still iffy about it so I never took it.
