:( I think they need worse punishment boss... they can still use their legs to hurt animals!

I think they just need to get a true punishment rather than a fine... If you'd do that to a child you'd end up in prison...
And it's scientifically proven that those capable of violence against 'pets' are more prone to human abuse as well...

@ Vineda - Agreed. A lot of laws regarding animals are unfair. Like, if a pet bites someone, then its almost always put down. But it never takes into consideration that some people are asshole about approaching animals! What if the animal was provoked or defending itself or its owner? What if some idiot walks up and tries to pet a nervous dog without asking the owner permission first? Why aren't those cases taken into consideration?

D: in america the put down dogs if they bite without looking at the context?? that really sucks. I also heard police officers would shoot dogs dead just cause ><! In canada we always look at the context, when I small I got bit and it was cause I panicked the dog (came too fast on my bike or something) anyway nothing happened to either of us! We just said sorry and moved on.

I know right! So unfair...
I know some kids who got nipped (not even bitten) and they threatened to put the dog down... When the entire neighbourhood knows those kids and is certain they provoked the dog cause they taunt EVERY animal and are often cruel...
Luckily in that case it was proven (and since we only have that rule for certain dogs or just depending on how bad the bite was, we're luckier there too)


When my nephew grows up I'm so teaching him proper dog ettiquette... No touching dogs without permission from its owner. No staring into their eyes unless you're allowed to give it attention from its owner. How not to provoke a dog. How to be gentle. And above all, how to stay in charge of a dog. All of them important lessons... A friend of mine has a large dog that doesn't listen to her. She does listen to me though. She gets annoyed by it, but she refuses to take charge... you can't reason with a dog and ask it to please sit. If you say sit it needs to sit... It can save a dog's life if it's well trained... Even then there's risks... I just don't get it sometimes... Ugh...

Our police officers have gotten a reputation for being a bit too jumpy with their guns... I really wish it would be a thing for them to wear cameras. :/

Well, the dog is well trained and listens to her parents. Just not to her... She just refuses to use a good commanding voice when needed...
