Turns out it may not be her teeth, might be an area under he tongue. And the nurse says I need to get her to take her Tylenol. She might have a pimple there.

I read online there are various ways of getting them and pinpointing the cause is not easy.

Edit: I just watched Thrift Shop. OMG! I think the Batman footy pjs killed me. XD He also appeared in an episode of Seasme Street.
