Well, my mom says I snore very loudly.
So that and being overweight and the face my dad has it - it makes me wonder if I do too.

Sleep apnea eh... A lot of people think I might have that as well @.@ I'm skinny and I sleep alright, but I snore very loudly and very strangely. People kept telling me my snoring was weird, but I didn't really believe them until one friend recorded me xD;; I sounded like I was choking on a balloon, it's one of the weirdest things I've ever heard.

I tried to sleep last night and I kept feeling like I was going to black out and I'd jerk awake.
It took me 2 to 2 and a half hours to fall asleep.

Maybe some exercise will help? Sometimes if you're physically tired it helps when trying to sleep.

Oh, I was mentally and physically worn out.
I just have issues falling asleep.
I can be the most tired person on earth, but I can't fall asleep xD

I got into ed at 9 PM waiting to go to sleep.
Struggled for about 4 hours with anxiety and such.
Fell asleep at 1 AM. continued to wake up every hour.
