I guess the changes to the pop-ups were to stop people from using auto-refreshers? If so, it's definitely helped, the lag has gone right down. Takes a few more seconds each time you get an egg, sure, but it's much quicker now on the whole, thanks for the change.

You might notice, but I talk a lot. Words word words... never one when fifty will do.

For me it seems fine now. Perhaps an hour ago it went away and I was able to get my digging done. I hope this prevents it getting that bad again. Thanks for looking at ways to help things.

And if anyone has been using program stuff to get their eggs for them, I hope they get banned forever. :qhehe:

Is there any way for Firn and Starkad to see who has been cheating? I mean, they should look into who has A LOT of eggs or who has already got the majority of the items from the den. I always have a tab open on here and I am ALWAYS on the computer. I'm unemployed so I don't do much else. :mclaugh:

And I was hardly finding any eggs. People say they were just lucky, but, honestly...I don't know.

It's pretty pathetic if you ask me...Just for some items that they will probably only wear once and then go around bragging about how they got them all.

People take this site too seriously and it is just ridiculous.

I suppose all they have to do is check their logs and look for weird activity. Like maybe if an account is doing nothing but looking at the same page over and over and there's no other activity on it. Or if the time intervals are obviously not possible from a normal person.

I got a lot of eggs. I've got all the items already actually but that was all my own effort. I didn't cheat. *shrugs*

Well, it's pretty silly really. But people cheat. What are you going to do?

And congrats on all the items! :qh:

I used to really like this kind of event. I always looked forward to it, and I always enjoyed it. This year, I'm not enjoying it. I love Molly - her design is amazing, her clothes are lovely, her cuteness level makes me go 'Awww'. The items are nice, but I'm not seeing myself using the color scheme. In any case, I appreciate the effort that went into making this event.

I used to think: "Well, if they increase the drop rate and the price, the difficulty will stay the same, but it will feel more rewarding." That's what I thought when the event started, and at first, it seemed to be right. However, now I don't think that I can even make it. It's all right, I'm not complaining. Maybe I'll manage to buy the items later.

What bothers me is the lag. Is it cause by the event itself (people clicking more, so more stress to the servers) or by cheaters? (Or maybe a combination of both.)
I started to believe it had something to do with botters, as CAPTCHAs were added for the eggs. (They look lovely, btw.)
If that's the case: Thanks, dear cheaters, for spoiling it for the rest of us. I might end up staying away from KOfK till the event is over, thank you very much.

Rest in peace, Alessandro. You won't be forgotten.
