Perhaps forced is too strong a word, regardless my point was that it's not fair in the sense that there is not the same chance as everyone else.

So if everyone suddenly started only posting the spam forum the site would die? It shouldn't matter what forum is used so long as they are used since as you said yourself they are the heart of the site. No particular forum should be over any other. as long as people are here and using your site why should it matter where they post?

As I said, whatever. I like the Daycare feature and can't wait to get some FCs so I can use it.

Because this is a completely unrealistic hypothesis you are making there.
If the majority of humanity would find joy in making pointless "bump" posts for hours this would work, but this is not how the world we live in works.
If you tell me that you are actually enjoying spamming for hours, and not just doing it in order to gain food, then you are a rare minority.

The real life situation is as following:
User comes online, looks in his usual threads, sees no one is around and leaves again. I cannot even count how often I have seen users post "I am not around much lately, because there is never anyone online to chat with".
If there is no user interaction in the forums, then the site dies.
I am talking about interaction. Kingdom Of Knuffel is an virtual community!

Spaming is not interacting with other users. It does not contribute to this site in any way.

Many other avatar communities do not even have Spam forums for a reason. They do not contribute to the site, they don't create user interaction, but just take up server space and cause additional server load.

I am glad you are enjoying the new feature nevertheless, but the Spam forum will always be excluded for any kind of additional rewards. The only purpose the Spam forum has on Kingdom Of Knuffel is to reduce Spam in other places where it does not belong. If we could trust users not to spam up for example discussion threads we would never have a Spam forum in the first place.

I can't tell if I'm really observant or you guys just work really fast. I noticed the day care option at the bottom of the knuffle page a while ago, and now I have my answer. Quick question: is there a chance to get a coupon from posting on the announcements?

Yes, as stated in the announcement, the only forums excluded are the Spam forum and the Word Game forum.
