I didn't know icicle ornaments. Never saw them before :mcshock: They are cool!

Though I know what you mean. When you look at updates on some avatar sites it looks like lots of different stuff mixed together, that doesn't fit each other in style or coloring, shading wise especially. Items Firn releases always feel like sets and this is a big advantage of only one artist working on updates.
Firn mentioned some time ago that site doesn't make enough money to be able to hire professional programist. Someone not experienced enough would give more problems then help.

We have a tree each year. My parents always insist on it being real tree. I hate it ^^' But I always like decorations. I saw very pretty tree decorations in shop this year. Almost bought them, but they were so expensive T_T

Here forest rangers grow trees to cut and sell them around Christmas season. Some people use plastic ones as well.

Yeah, I love lights on houses and trees. In my town they put blue lights on trees of main streets every year. Wish they'd stay there whole year ^^'

Awwww I always thought it would be awesome to have a potted tree. But I don't think they would survive in a flat. We usually use firs and spruces here (<-if the dictionary doesn't betray me ~.~)

I think I read you can keep yews in a flat and they could go for a Christmas tree too, they have needles xD But thats dangerous, if the cats feel like chewing on it they get poisened D: And those stupid cats like to chew plants.

I like the lights in the town too but I can't help but thinking "What a waste of electricity". That our town doesn't have money makes the conscience even worse xD

We usually put only a little bit of lights on trees outside the house, but some people really go all out :o

Don't know if I should add the decoration from the beginning or just in later or last stage so that he would work as a regular fir in earlier stages or if he should have Christmas theme from the very beginning. Hmmm. I'll figure out tomorrow. Or do what Tammy says, whatever comes first xD
