Eylis: The problem I have with your Knuffel is that nothing really changes.
She gets "more" of what she already had in the previous stage in each stage - more hair, more bark, more butterflies, but there is actually nothing new, expect for the 2 butterflies (which in stage 3 are so tiny that they are hardly noticeable and don't make any big change to the stage before), the new eyecolor in stage 3, and the tree bark instead of legs in the final stage.
If you look at them all together at once you see that they do evolve, but if you look at one stage after another, like I do in my admin panel, the stages look all really really similar.

Suggestions to fix it:
In stage 1 I would remove the leaves in her hair, then that would already be enough change to stage 2. I also see that you slowly make her skin greener, but the difference between each single stage is very small, and hardly noticeable. It would probably work better as a change if you kept her skin color the same in the first 2 or 3 stages, and then change it to the final color at once. I would also remove a bit of the lashes in the first and/or second stage. I can't say for sure because I would need to look at the result again, but I think if divide the suggested changes of hair, skin color, lashes properly between stage 1-4 that could already be enough to approve the Knuffel. You would not really need to re-draw anything, just shift the changes around a bit and remove a few things from the beginning.

I would advice against a completely nude Knuffel. personally I don't have any problem with that, but as I have learned from our users there are some people who will even feel offended by a bare shoulder, so I would not suggest to take the risk. Your Knuffel's private parts should be covered.

l-lappy: Yeah, I feel like stage 1-2 could need slightly bit more change, but as long as this is limited to single stages it is alright for me to approve them. Just don't like to approve Knuffel that lack change in several stages. So, yeah, I guess I would approve it like this, thank you for going through the effort of editing it.

Ok, thank you for all your answer, I'll try the changes that you suggested and I'll try to resubmit her!

EDIT: I did what you said! Less lashes in stages 1 and 2, skin tone that changes (more) only in stages 4 and 5, and no leaves on stage 1 hair :qcute: I hope that it will be enough, if not... I'll see if I can add something!

This is what I submitted.

I'm guessing that the first and second stage look too similar? The first time it was rejected, I thought it was the third to fourth...*sigh*

Any suggestions on what to change? Maybe I should take out the wings from the first stage. :mcgloom:

My suggestion:
I'd change the first stage. Make him wear only shorts.
Second: tshirt from first stage+long pants+small one element wings (like... only their upper part)
Third: long sleeve shirt+bigger, 2 element wings(way they are now)+headband and shoes + something more(?)
Fourth: big wings+jacket (3rd stage one)+face change+something more(?)
Fifth: keeping most way it is now + new elements(?)

There are some things you could improve. His hair and pants could use some changes. Starting from simple hair and changing in next stages, same goes with pants, they could use more variety, you can also play more with colors, like skin getting darker in later (starting from 3rd or 4th) stages.

I'm not sure about those sparkle things. I think they go against clear-cut rule?

Aah, I never thought about only putting one wing...I forgot about that. XD
The reason why I gave him a shirt and wings at the first stage was because of two reasons: 1, I don't know how to draw him without a shirt, and 2, I was thinking that the wings will stir people to buying it. First impressions are always important, right? Ah, well, I'll go through your suggestions with the ones my little sister suggested and see what I come up with. XD

Thanks for the help!

They can stay there, but then you'd have to think about making all next stages more complex. Right now most of the elements doesn't evolve enough to give variety through all 5 stages.

Mm, yeah. Now I know that the changes have you be much bigger. I'll work on him tomorrow and post it here...eventually.

Mood: Hey doc, I'm not feeling well. I've had the tits all day.
My Knuffel Waldo was just rejected for the reason of relocating items and such. I understand that, I've indeed failed to see that rule and I'll be working on it to fix him.

In the mean time I had another Knuffel ready to be released, Wilbur.
Before submitting him I checked his stages and noticed that I did 'relocate' some items on him as well. In the first three stages he's got goggles on his helmet, and in the fourth stage those are put on because he's 'ready to take off'. In the second stage he gets a scarf, but when his engine is started in stage 5, it looks really silly to keep the scarf the same, and letting it flap in the wind of the engine makes it look more energetic and everything. Is this considered the rule-breaking relocating items? I don't want to have another one rejected for the same reason.

[Stage 2]
[Stage 3]
[Stage 4]
[Stage 5]

You don't need to keep the scarf the same, it is completely fine if the scarf is having one position in one stage, and a different one in another stage. The only thing that is not okay is for example adding a scarf in a stage, and then remove it completely in another stage. If people add something, and then remove it again, it always feels as if they were trying to forcefully add differences between stages, but not creating a proper evolution.

The evolution of the Knuffel you just posted looks fine to me.

~Thanks Firn,
I've tweak a few lines I noticed in the first stage and noticed 2nd stage hand was transparent for some reason.

I'm going to keep in mind in the future with the starting stages
less = more.

And try and make more of a change with the outfit with each stage.
