It usually doesn't take very long at all.

Fairy Coin FAQ wrote:Q: How long does it take to get the Fairy Coin(s) after donating?
A: The Fairy Coins have to be added to your account manually, meaning it can take up to 24 hours to get your Coins.
Donations sent from a bank account via PayPal usually take a few days to get through. You get your Fairy coins only after the money is transferred to our PayPal account.
