Basically. I was talking in the news forum about a shooting that happened in New York recently all serious and pissed off at humans and one chick comes in and just says "YOLO". if i could find this chick i would punch her.

It means "You Only Live Once" and teenagers have been using it to justify doing stupid things for no real reason. Saying YOLO doesn't justify a shooting and is not the proper response to one.
