Um.. just a suggestion.. but maybe you could make the banner look more.. "attractive" so more people will click on it?

First of all I am not really very confident about my art.
Second, I am completely overworked. There is so much more art that needs to be done for this site and I don't have that much time. If this was some time of "full-time-job" I could handle this, but I am just an university student who does this in her spare time and I don't have that much spare time. 
Lala: I was in a hurry when I made that banner, the whole thread decoration of the contests sucks and will be replaced once I find time for it.
