Alright, so who uses Spotify and looked at their wrapped this year? What did you think? Accurate? Lame? AI heavy? Any music surprises for you? Because...hoboy...this was a weird year for my music tastes!

I’ve never checked tbh. It’s mainly Chinese artists bc I use Spotify with the google nest so all the favorited artists cater to my parents tastes lol.

There's a way to filter out songs like that to more reflect your own tastes, but I think it has to be done beforehand. Parents will use it to keep their children's songs from taking over. If you put other's music in a playlist, you can choose for that playlist not to be included in your wrapped.

Well see I don’t make playlists. Literally just choose someone else’s or some radio mix one. I don’t really care which songs I listen to lol.

I pretty exclusively make my own playlists unless I'm really just starting out in a genre or listening to a singular artist. I dunno. I really enjoy curating various lists and having only what I want playing. Otherwise, I'll end up skipping songs.
